Within me now

Confidence and Power grows

Infinite Strength flows through my blood,

pulsating Self-Assuredness

I am reminded of Who I am

My mind's incessant chatter

submits to the stronger part of me

I breatheeeee in

and let myself remember times

when I felt my most Confident

I let those feelings well up within me

I sit up straight

I stand tall

I speak deliberately

I make eye contact with people

I allow pain and fear to vanish into the distance

I watch my spirit fly as I claim my Power.
