This
site promotes holistic healing - Mind, Body and Spirit. If life
is a journey, Mind is the driver, Body is the vehicle, and Spirit
is the desire to travel forward rather than stay on the same
spot. Most of the time, we are wrapped up in the road we take,
the state of the vehicle, and how to drive it. The vehicle is
noisy, the road uneven and covered in crunching gravel, and
it is often hard to hear what is happening. This can be very
tiring. The driver keeps talking, and and the talk (self-talk)
is not always positive.
When
you take the time to become quiet and still, allowing everything
to come to a stop, then your Spririt can speak more clearly
to you. You can stop being your ordinary daily self and let
your Spirit out to stretch and sigh and get refreshed before
continuing.
